Traditional but conteporary Japanese restaurant, Sushi Garden, is now looking for a branch manager.

We serve authentic, real taste of Japanese dishes, and we have the reputation of great quality food and service.
Wa are planning to branch out to London in August 2008. Therefore we are looking for a branch manager who takes charge of the Brighton branch.

You will:
- have some previous experience at managerial level with good verbal communication skills.
- be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant. Duties to include customer service, staff recruitment and training, stock control, serving food and drinks, cash handling and banking and all other associated tasks as required.
- need to provide documentation, which demonstrates your ability to work in the UK.
- have great passion and enthusiasm for customer service and also this industry

You will get:
- gross salary of £18,000~£23,000 per annum

Qualifications/Skills Required

- previous experience at managerial level
- good verval/written communication skill in English
