Our client is the longest running motorcycle clothing and accessories retailer in the UK.
Established for over 100 years they are at the forefront of the motorcycle clothing industry and are currently opening four new stores across the country. Due to growth they are searching for a Retail Store Manager to join their flagship store in East London.

This Retail Store Manager role involves selling and promoting the companies clothing and accessories whilst also recruiting new staff members. Other responsibilities are, coaching and training staff, looking after the stock control of the store and helping promote in store promotions. Also must report monthly and weekly sales figures to the Area Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years retail management experience, be an excellent sales person, have an in-depth knowledge of stock control systems and be able to recruit, motivate and train staff. Knowledge of the motorcycle industry isnt essential as full training is given. This position carries a competitive salary for the right candidate with a very generous bonus scheme thats uncapped. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced retail store manager or an assistant store manager who is currently looking to move on up into a store manager role.
