Job Description
Our retail travel client based in East Kilbride are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to help oversee their busy retail travel office. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in retail travel of which 12 months must have been in a man-management role. As Assistant Manager you will be required to deputise for the branch manager in their absence and help to manage, motivate and train a team of experienced retail travel consultants. As this is a very 'hands on' position, you must also have proven sales experience and have the ability to book all areas of travel including package holidays, charter flights, cruises and city breaks. In return you can expect an excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits and the opportunity to work sociable hours Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 17:30.
