***EXPERIENCED RETAIL TRAVEL MANAGER NEEDED - ESSEX - £20 - £24k DOE - ASAP START***

This well known nationwide Retail Travel organisation are looking for an experienced Retail Travel Manager to manage their branch based in Essex on a 6 month contract to start ASAP.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office which will include:
- Motivation, direction and encouragement of staff
- Meeting and exceeding branch targets
- Working to company budgets and reporting back to the Area Manager on a regular basis
- Travel consulting to customers
- Handling customer service enquiries/issues

Essentially you must have:
- Recent Retail Travel Management experience for a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the package holiday market
- Proven experience in managing and motivating and a team of people to reach targets
- Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
- Positive, professional and 'can do' attitude!

This role is to start IMMEDIATELY and is a 6 month contract, however could go long term for the right person. The salary will be £20,000 - £24,000 pro rata for 6 months depending on experience.
