Job Description
A City Centre Modern Top Quality Hotel is looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team. The role will include managing the overall revenue mix of the hotel to meet and exceed budgets, analysing prospective business based on revenue gained and to understand the strategies needed based on market intelligence to assit the overall performance of the hotel. Responsibilities will include: creating strategies for all channels (direct, ADS, GPS, Corporate accounts and local), making and actioning rate control descisions, creating forecast for 3 months for the whole business, creating bedroom forecasts for 8 weeks, day by day, identifying trends etc, understanding the local market for bedrooms, meeting rooms and private dining, analysing trends in all hotel revenue areas, proposing annual rate increases, liaising with the sales manager and attending monthly P & L Meetings. A full understanding and workable kowledge of GDS is essential. This position offers a week based on Monday to Friday hours.
