Job Description
We are seeking an individual who is motivated, committed and enthusiastic to work for a worldwide company who can:
Provide the Leisure Sales team with accurate and effective administrative support and who can ensure the overall departmental administration is maintained, review office management and administration systems continually, implementing improvements where necessary.
Can develop and maintain productive, service focused working relationships with customers & colleagues, representing the company and becoming a key point of contact.
Can provide accurate, up to date information to appropriate internal contacts, responding to requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer data, managing databases, preparing and presenting reports to agreed deadlines.
The travel trade sales co-ordinator is there primarily to support a team of 5 sales managers as well as the head of the department. This can include general administration work, dealing with client questions, providing information to internal colleagues, setting up and co-ordinating client events, managing newsletter mailing etc. The co-ordinator will be working with a team of 3 other co-ordinators in an open planned and relaxed office environment.
Qualifications/Skills Required
A years experience in hotel or travel sales is required.
