Job Description

This position is for Sales Consultant / Customer Service Representive working in a busy call centre based in Brentwood, Essex. Basic Salary £12,285 (£6.75 per hour). Minimum 6 months leading to Permanent. Working for a growing company that’s going places. Good long-term career prospects. Daily Duties involve: - Receiving inbound calls, selling promotions and products, maximising sales opportunities where possible, achieving set targets. This position involves spending 95% of the day on the phone in an open plan call centre environment. 35 hours per week 8am – 8pm on a rota basis. Alternate weekend cover may also be required. Must have previous Call Centre / Customer Service experience and previous experience working in a sales type environment (retail or office). Must also have good communication skills, an excellent telephone manor, be hardworking, outgoing, self-motivated, and a good team player with the ability to work on own initiative. Must also be P.C literate.
