SALES DIRECTOR - TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY
£35,000 - £70,000 BASIC SALARY PLUS OUTSTANDING COMMISSION STRUCTURE TO GIVE A REALISTIC FIRST YEAR EARNINGS OF £60,000 to £100,000 PLUS CAR PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
Our client is a well established telecommunications company with an outstanding reputation for providing a quality service. An opening has arisen within the organisation for a Sales Director. Reporting to the Managing Director you will deliver all new customer acquisitions through indirect channels, plan, lead create and deliver a 3 year Sales Strategic Plan covering all routes to market, which will include spearheading the development of accounts existing and new as well as identifying new and innovative routes to market, ensuring targets are achieved as well as inspiring and motivating the sales team. To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of five years experience of selling to Blue Chip organisations, a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets, experience of negotiation at board level making high value sales, the ability to research businesses and sales opportunities coupled with strong presentation and communication skills, PC literacy, strong planning and time management skills and a strong concern for order and quality.
