Job Description
The successful applicant will be a member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Regional Director, and will be responsible for the management and Sales Department who specialise in Open Market and Mixed Tenure developments in the North East Region.
The role also encompasses the ongoing development of new house types and specifications, together with undertaking market research to assist the Estimating Department in bid preparations for land viabilities.

Qualifications/Skills Required
The succesful applicant will have a strong management history and sales experience within the housing industry is essential.
