Job Description
The role of Sales Secretary/PA is currenlty available within one of our client’s offices in Leicester; the company itself deal with precision equipment to test surface tensile strength. The role itself provides secretarial and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Teams, Centre of Excellence and Business Development to maximise efficiency and effectiveness at the front end of the business.
Qualifications/Skills Required
To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the customer facing facility at The Company.
To take telephone calls, passing on accurate messages to the right people, providing a link/point of contact for both internal and external customers.
To organise travel for The Company employees and overseas offices visiting Leicester.
To provide organisational support for customers and visitors during office hours.
To provide occasional reception cover.
Computer literate, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience in dealing with customers and commercial issues in a professional manner.
Excellent communication skills, at all levels
Self discipline with exceptional organisational skills
Initiative and common sense – with a sense of humour desirable
Experience working on CRM packages is desirable.
Salary: Up to £15k
