Job Description
Our client, the world leaders in Insurance and Financial Services, with operations in more than 136 countries, seek to recruit a Profit Centre Manager, for SBS (Small Business Solution) line of business.
The Position
The person to be appointed will report both to the Managing Director and to the Regional Vice President – SBS, and will be responsible for the following:
Underwriting a growing and profitable book of business in Small Business Solutions insurance.
Managing the portfolio for both risk selection and pricing levels.
Engaging in portfolio analysis and in the development of innovative products and services.
Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase / retain targeted new and renewal business.
Identifying and pursuing new distribution channels and target accounts.
Developing and maintaining customer service commitments by providing high quality customer service.
Delivering sales presentations to existing and potential clients / agents to achieve new business growth and retain existing customers.
Developing training materials and programs for agents / clients on product benefits.
Contributing towards the enhancement of relationships with brokers, agents and clients.
Forecasting anticipated production and achieving profit centre objectives.
Preparing reports and communicating with Regional Office and Profit centre management .
Liaising with all other profit centers for effective cross marketing and selling initiatives.
Liaising with Claims Department to deliver the company’s promise.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
University Degree (Business Related).
Any insurance background / experience will be considered an advantage.
Experience in product development.
Experience in developing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Effective presentation skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to take initiative coupled with strong results orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
Dynamic Personality, Entrepreneurial mindset and Analytical thinking.
Excellent command of the written and spoken English and Greek languages.
Strong computer literacy .
