Job Description

Previously a Local Authority Estates and Property department which has now externalised and offers a complete range of property related engineering and construction services for the authority as well as bidding for work in the private sector.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join this dynamic surveying team and become involved in an attractive portfolio of projects and clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a variety of project work in the housing and education sector and a selection of other buildings.

Qualifications/Skills Required

As an experienced Building Surveyor preferably Chartered, you will have good project management skills and the ability to build and maintain close working relationships with clients and staff.

With a successful portfolio of educational / public sector projects, you will be looking to develop and improve your existing skills and knowledge within a tight-knit surveying team.

An excellent understanding of current UK Building Regulations and a familiarity with AutoCAD is essential.
