Due to continued progression the opportunity has arisen to become a part of this new £5m office based in Blackburn.

You will be joining this respected multidisciplinary engaged on wide variety of private and public sector schemes throughout the North of England.

The services they provide include condition/pre-acquisition surveying, land and asbestos surveying, site supervision and pre-handover inspections.

Qualifications/Skills Required

An experienced Building Surveyor you will have proven success working in a senior role, leading teams and mentoring junior staff.

With professional building surveying services experience, you will have taken projects from inception through to completion and handover, being involved with commercial surveys and party wall matters. A team-focused individual you will be capable of forming strong, working relationships with clients and staff.

Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and experience of AutoCAD is essential.
