This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join this international Construction Management Consultancy.

Based in Nottingham you will be joining a successful and established team where you can apply your experience and knowledge of dilapidations and boundary wall, with particular focus on the Party Wall Act.

Qualifications/Skills Required

With a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or similar degree, you will be able to demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

Coming from a consultancy background you will have developed your client management skills. With an obvious ability to communicate you will be a successful manger of people, whilst willing to seek guidance from Senior Surveyors and Directors when required.

It is important that you possess a sound technical surveying knowledge demonstrating growing experience and ability. Having commenced your APC or be willing to do so, you will be committed to achieving Chartered status within a demanding commercial environment.
