Job Description
To attend to the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents as assessed.
To give adequate support and if necessary, total care to the residents, and to maintain standards of personal care and socially acceptable behaviour.
To maximise resident’ independence, dignity and choice.
Where necessary, assist and encourage the residents to maintain Orthodox Jewish customs and practices.
Whilst performing a job as a Carer, a Senior Carer must posses the ability to lead, inspire and motivate other carers in performing their job, constantly ensuring that only the best and quality care are given to the residents.

Qualifications/Skills Required
Wages will depend on experience, knowledge and skills
Work Hours - Full time: 36 to 40 hours per week; Part time: maximum 20 hours per week during school term
Shifting schedule/ Flexible hours
NVQ Level 3 qualification and/or relevant care and nursing home experience
Proven leadership skills
