Due to recent expansion this is an excellent opportunity to join this award winning, multidisciplinary Construction Management Consultancy.

Working with the Director at Associate level, you will be responsible for building a team of successful and highly respected surveyors in this consultancy's Leeds office.

Working on a variety of projects you will predominantly focus on education, Local Authority and commercial disciplines, with your input being the driving force behind this growing development.

Qualifications/Skills Required

As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS) you will be an ambitious individual who is confident in your ability to achieve your career aspirations.

Capable of building a team of successful surveyors, you will stand out as a natural leader who knows your market and how to deliver effective solutions.

Coming from a similar background you will have proven experience in a senior role with a good knowledge of commercial, educational and Local Authority projects.
