With aggressive targets for expansion, this forward-thinking company is looking to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. Based in the Leeds office, the role will be to perform the full range of building surveys, including dilapidation's, maintenance and party wall work. You will be exposed to a variety of major projects, particularly in the residential, health care and commercial sectors.

As standard, your salary package will include: yearly bonuses, a car allowance / company car, a contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday. Senior personnel are also entitled to private health cover and a free parking space.

Qualifications/Skills Required

This challenging position calls for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. You will have a background in high-value private sector commissions, preferably on a variety of projects.

It is important that you are proficient in a client-facing role, able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team. You will be expected to represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.
