This company is seeking a Senior Development Manager with at least 3 years relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for: developing schemes from initial feasibility through to final delivery; coordinating and managing the design team; liaising with public authorities and securing funding; acting as client for delivery of building works; sourcing suitable new sites; driving projects forward and taking part in building design development workshops.

Qualifications/Skills Required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in aspects of the job description and will be competent in managing large teams of multidisciplinary professionals. RICS Chartership would be a distinct advantage.
