Job Description
You should have experience with the management of multi-discipline projects, sound financial and project management skills. It would be advantageous if you have managed and developed other junior staff members, and have an in depth knowledge of at least one engineering aspect related to land development. As well as experience of management of development projects for private sector clients, design of highways/drainage etc, planning, Environmental Statements, 278/38 agreements, Geo-environmental audits, however this is not essential.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You must be a MICE, have an Engineering degree and a full UK driving licence. It would be desirable if you have project management qualifications, although this is not essential.
