Job Description

An environmental, engineering and planning consultancy is seeking a senior environmental assessor for its Essex based office for the project management of EIA and Environmental Statement preparation for urban and rural developments including leisure, commercial, residential, infrastructure, waste, minerals and mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years relevant experience of managing EIA/ES preparation and must have excellent oral/written communication skills and a clean UK driving licence. A specialism in one or more specific environmental assessment fields would be an advantage, as would experience of building client relationships and/or negotiating with government agencies and stakeholders.
