Job Description

Senior Fellow (Education Programme Development)
Our client is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual for a new programme that will develop and deliver a comprehensive range of education and services 'products'. The aim of the programme is to underpin the sustainable development of the SME and Early-stage manufacturing sectors within both the UK and international economies, and support our clients work with larger firms.

Senior Fellow, Education Programme Development

Key Aspects of the Role are to:
 Review the existing taught material and develop a systematic framework for characterising it
 Work with the Directo of External Education to develop a detailed curriculum for the post-graduate course in Industrial Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management
 Define the form in which the education packages will be specified; this will include lectures, exercises, and multi-media material
 Work with the authors of current material to prepare the material for 'productisation'
 Develop a transfer/training and competence assessment programme.

Experience/Skills required:
 A good understanding of manufacturing business and sectors
 A good understanding of transferable skills and how to develop them
 A knowledge of pedagogy and experiential teaching techniques
 Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation.

Salary £Depending on experience.
