As a Senior Highways Engineer you will take a lead role in the design of a number of schemes some of which will be for overseas clients. You will have responsibility to project manage the design process through co-ordinating and supervising a small team of Engineers and Technicians. You will liaise closely with the scheme project manager and will be offered full support in project delivery.

The overseas projects will be for clients in the Middle East and you will have the opportunity to travel and work in the region if desired.

Qualifications/Skills Required

For this role our client is looking for a well rounded design engineer with a range of highways design experience and preferably Chartered or approaching Chartership.

You will be ready to make the next step in your career and take on the added responsibility that a role of this nature offers as well as the technical challenge of working on international projects.

Any experience of working for clients from the Middle East would be an advantage although this is not essential.
