Reporting to site HR Manager, the successful candidate will develop and implement HR and Development processes that support Company policy, legislation and best practice. Working within the HR Team, you will manage and coordinate all training and development activity on site, ensuring that development needs are identified and met effectively, whilst at the same time maintaining synergy with site.
You will have specific accountability for ;
? Coordination of all resourcing activity up to Site Management Team Level;
? Development of policies to enhance employee relations and involvement; Factory based training and development;
? Performance Managment (PDR) Processes for salaried employees;
? Champion communication and continuous improvement . This role is key to the current organisational development and change agenda at this site.
The successful candidate will have
? Generalist operational HR skills, but particularly in the field of employee development.
? Be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with key groups and individuals from shop floor to Management Team
? Good experience negotiating with and building relationships with Trade Union Representatives.
? Strong communication skills
? Clearly demonstrate the ability to champion cultural change initiatives.
