WEe are recruiting a Senior Human Resources officer for this client based in the Lancashire area.
Reporting to the Personnel Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day generalist activities and be involved in developmental project work. This is a hands on role, that will be exciting and challenging.




? Ideally you will have 3 years + experience within Human Resources/Personnel
? experience working within Unionised environment (essential)
? Manufacturing/ distribution experience (desirable)
? Preferably have your CIPD qualification
? Enjoy working in a team based environment
? Be professional, friendly and committed to your role
? Confident working at a senior level
? Have proven ability in managing a team.
? Candidates must also have a proven track record in dealing effectively with a variety of employee relations? and development issues.
? Innovation and continuous improvement are a key element of the Strategy

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has an enthusiastic and confident approach who wants to develop their leadership skills .

Salary circa £25-28k+ benefits. Ideally this role will be a 3 month contract, with a view to going permanent. An immediate starter would be ideal.
