You will be a bright and energetic individual with a positive approach and a motivation to succeed. Along with having experience as a Lettings Negotiator, you will need to be competent in IT, work well within a busy team, have an excellent telephone manner and have your own car.
You will be required to:
• Perform Viewings
• Negotiate Deals
• Meet pre-agreed targets
• Effectively handle enquiries
• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
• Maximise the opportunity for viewings, lets & market appraisals
• Work within the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation
• Offer a fantastic level of customer service to both landlords and tenants
