Job Description

Senior Planning Engineer required for our Client; one of the largest civil engineering, heavy civil and marine contractors in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsible for all planning activities on the project in accordance with the quality management procedure, for formulating and monitoring the project method of construction, productivity and outputs and representing this on a programme, graphs and supporting project control documents. Experience in Shopping Malls, Hotels, Leisure and Housing beneficial.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of planning software; Primavera, MS Project or similar; Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering; Masters Degree is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum 5 - 7 years construction experience some of which should have been spent in the Middle East.

Languages:
Fluency in English

Skills/Ability:
Knowledge of construction methodology, labour, plant and materials used in the construction industry; project and program management skills.
