Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded building contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to work from their London office and head up an expanding operations team of Contract & Project Managers.
Ideally CIOB or RICS qualified, and have at least ten years experience of refurb, social housing & commercial projects. Previous main contractor experience is essential as is a stable employment history, holding permanent positions for upwards of three years. In return for your experience, our client can offer a very competitive salary and a package including a non-contributory pension scheme, health cover, car allowance and a minimum of 23 days annual leave. You will also be invited to join one of the client’s reward schemes.
