Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Maidenhead or Harlow SUMMARY OF POSITION The Senior Project Manager is the SPOC for all WPP PBS Services. He/she provides co-ordination to the activity of Project Managers and collaborates to set up appropriate processes and metrics for the service. He/she is directly responsible to manage resources for planning, developing and delivering assigned projects within scope, schedule, budget and CBRE/NN procedural boundaries across all sites within NN Portfolio. The Project manager teams with and/or directs technical and/or professional staff, consultants and contractors. JOB REQUIREMENTS An experienced Project Manager capable of providing service across borders within a dynamic, demanding and technically complex environment. An excellent team motivator and communicator both written and verbal, with a strong service ethic and excellent customer management skills. Must be able to enforce tight financial and operational control of projects. Excellent organizational & documentation skills, self motivated and proactive. Computer & software proficiencies - Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, e-mail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 1. To act as SPOC for WPP Place Based services in EMEA and APAC 2. To contribute to revision and validation, and to effectively drive implementation of the WPP processes. 3. To manage and coordinate the Project Management Team in EMEA and GCAP 4. To drive the selection of preferred suppliers and service partners. 5. To personally handle large or complex projects where this is appropriate on the basis of project specifications provided from the Planning Team. 6. To ensure all approved work is carefully planned and delivered to time and budget, and to provide timely tracking. 7. To interact with occupancy primes, WPP Hub Primes, Mercury Partners and BU for the execution of assigned projects 8. To establish and maintain effective lines of communication with the appropriate Facilities Managers to ensure they are notified of any project activity in sufficient time to cope with any operational issues arising from the planned activity. 9. To maintain a detailed project and move schedule (fully coordinated with CSC / IS) 10. To provide the Planning Contractor with appropriate As Built information 11. To ensure that all service partners operate in compliance with CBRE Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures and with local, national or European EHS legal requirements.
