Job Description

Our client is a leading global supplier of products, services and solutions that measure, analyse, control, automate and improve process related operations across many industries. They have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their team to provide sales support for Pharmaceuticals projects pursuits.

The main responsibilities of this role will invlove;

* resourcing project teams, in conjunction with head count constraints, to meet the demands both within the Pharmaceutical Group and across the whole of the Project Business
* achieving and exceeding performance to financial budgets
* taking ownership for implementing new Pharmaceutical initiatives
* establishing a performance management culture
* providing a high level of leadership and developing a winning team
* coordinating with the sales organisation to review customer requirements/specifications, ensuring all pursuits are properly resourced to generate top class design, estimates and risk/opportunity analysis and project execution strategies
* Ensure company project methodology is applied

The suitable candidate will have;

* a degree in engineering or suitable equivalent
* relevant experience in Senior Project and Business Unit Management position
* excellent people management skills
