An exciting new opportunity has opened within this leading Construction Management Consultancy, who are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager. To be based in Hull, the role is to oversee a wide range of major construction schemes from initial inception through to the project's final completion, liaising closely with the client in this heavily client-orientated role. The project portfolio includes schemes in the education, healthcare, distribution and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will play an integral role in project delivery, as well as in building and maintaining strong working relationships locally.

Qualifications/Skills Required
This prestigious client seeks to recruit a top class Project Manager. You will have a demonstrable track record in delivering significant construction projects (in excess of £5 million) in keeping with client expectations. Applicants will also have a strong background in working with JCT and NEC forms of contract, including the related procurement methods.
Applicants should be proactive, confident and personable construction professionals. You will have the flexibility to take a hands-on approach to your project work, able to manage your own workload easily. Degree-educated in a relevant construction field, you are also likely to have additional Project Management qualifications, such as Chartership through the APM or Prince II.
