A genuinely exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Project Manager to join the Leeds office of this prestigious Construction Management Consultancy. The successful candidate will be tasked with controlling a range of major complex projects in the Infrastructure sector. These are to include significant NEC initiatives in the public and property sectors including flood defence works, coal field redevelopments and commercial developments. The company have also secured high status flag ship projects in Dublin.
The post holder will be responsible for the efficient delivery and development of the projects both pre and post contract, acting in the position of the ECC Project Manager. This will include the day-to-day duties of the following:
- Administration of ECC contracts.
- The development and training of subordinate ECC Project Managers within the Leeds office.
- The development and implementation of good practice in the use of NEC suite of contracts.

Qualifications/Skills Required
A Senior Infrastructure Project Manager is required to join the Leeds office of this major international Construction Management Consultancy. You will have a demonstrable track record in delivering such schemes to time, budget and specification. You must be proficient at handling NEC / ECC forms of contract. A background in flood defence works would be highly desirable.
Degree-educated in an Engineering field, you will also have additional Project Management qualifications, such as Prince II or MAPM status. Chartered status would also be highly desirable.
