Job Description
My client is a leading systems integrator, providing IT services and solutions to high profile customers across the UK.
Due to their continued success they are looking for experienced hands-on Programme/Project Manager with an excellent track record in the delivery of major software or systems integration programmes (in excess of £100m) to key industry customers, to be based in various locations across the UK.
You will lead in the delivery large and significant programmes. This is a senior customer-focused role, so you will have proven skills in the delivery of large and complex business transformation programmes, which use IT as a key enabler. It is likely that you will be working in a similar permanent role within a major IT consulting or services firm. In addition to your broad technical background, you should demonstrate experience in all of the following:
?Outstanding commercial and customer relationship skills
?P&L responsibility in excess of £100 million
?Experience of managing board level relationships and multiple stakeholders & partners
?Managing complex resources and large teams in a changing environment
?Management and delivery of a portfolio of programmes that vary in scale and complexity
?Managing relationships at a senior level with customers, suppliers and partners
?Complete ownership of the programme delivery in terms of both customer satisfaction and revenue performance.
?Exposure to Prince 2 or similar
?Managing and lead negotiating with third party suppliers
