Job Description
o To attend kick-off and client meetings (internal and external) as required
o To liaise with the client at an operational level to ensure on-going project development and implementation
o To prepare project costings and any subsequent revisions
o To be responsible for obtaining client sign-off for specific projects, templates, distribution and/or report materials etc
o To produce (and distribute) timelines
o To design questionnaire content, layout and set-up, in line with client specifications
* To co-ordinate and manage all interviewing and research materials (sample, questionnaire design / programming / testing, outputs etc)
o To be responsible for implementation of visits to Fieldwork Suppliers / Agencies where necessary
o To prepare and provide documents / instructions for provision of final data.
o To be responsible for verification and quality of data prior to use for reporting
o To monitor the progress of fieldwork / response rates and provide updates to client
o To co-ordinate the design and production of client reports and deliverables including liaison with Analysis Team and client
o To be responsible for the proof reading, checking, collation and dispatch of all project documentation to the client (ie proposals, correspondence, reports, presentations etc)
o Regular monitoring of budgets on all projects to ensure projects are not incurring additional expenditure without approval
