About Role
To provide, in conjunction with the Training Manager, consultancy services to the regulated sales channels. Prioritising the training needs of the appropriate channel teams.
To deliver the determined training needs in accordance with the appropriate channel training strategy.
To provide support to Training Management in the effective operation of the Trainer Development Programme.
To mentor, coach and develop training team members.
To scope, design and manage through to implementation, key training projects, to support the Training Manager, Sales Competence.
Deputise for Training Manager.
This role involves:
• Wide range of travel
• Remote working
• Irregular hours worked
• Environment of constant change and conflicting priorities.
• Consultation and Supervision across wide geographical areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop successful relationships with our Partner and, through consultation, determine Training Plans to support the Channel objectives and drive increased productivity
• Identify, prioritise, design, deliver and evaluate training solutions in line with business objectives and as determined by the Training Manager, Sales Competence.
• Provide support and advice to team members and relevant business partners on Regulated Sales Training Policy and Procedures
• Timely completion of key requirements of Training Development Programme (e.g. 1:1s, observations, maintenance of trainer competence, etc.)
• Act as role model in the delivery of Training Excellence.
• Completion of Annual Performance Reviews and input to other appraisal/assessment documentation, as required by the Business needs from time to time and determined by the Training Manager.

• H15 Desirable
• AFPC Desirable
• Core Product Authorisation
• T& C Scheme Competent
• Training / Coaching Qualification Desirable
