Job Description
Computer People's exclusive client needs a senior service delivery project manager responsible for the management of specific CRM suppliers so that service is delivered in line with agreed levels. You will work closely with service and support teams to ensure the CRM programme is rolled out effectively and will conduct service reviews including development and management of related processes. Working closely with CRM suppliers, you will work with the business to undertake business impact and prioritisation for all CRM related incidents and changes in line with ITIL best practice and act as a co-ordination point for all CRM service related activity ensuring escalation and management where necessary. You will negotiate and agree with both the customer and service provider (either internal or external) any Service Level Requirements for any new/proposed systems/services and champion the Continuous Service Improvement programmes (CSIP) and ITIL best practice for service management.
