Job Description
This is a client-facing role which involves carrying out usability services for our clients including:
Setting up, managing and executing usability tests.
Carrying out usability evaluations.
Other usability tasks such as card sorts, task analysis, facilitating focus groups and running workshops.
Some business development work is also involved including helping to prepare proposals and tenders.
Candidate should have:
Several years experience in interface or website design, or business analysis.
Experience in liaising directly with clients and other project stakeholders.
Experience in project management would be an advantage.
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
Qualifications in psychology (Human Factors) or IT (interface design) are also an advantage.
