Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior valuer to work within a Local Authority.
To undertake all aspect of professional work on the Councils property portfolio including rent reviews, lettings, lease renewals, acquisitions, and valuations.
Prepare Committee and Delegated Powers Reports in connection with the above.
Such other professional work as allocated from time to time.
Thorough knowledge and experience of property law and Landlord and Tenant procedures.
Membership of RICS essential
Car owner/driver necessary.
