Job Description

Our client is a leading tour operator based in the North West. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Yield Manager to set up and integrate a new department within an established business.

The role will be to set up a new department for full responsibility for accommodation throughout the business. Working with the Head of Yield, you will be influencing a wide range of departments within the business relating to accommodation management.

Key Duties
- Review processes between all departments dealing with accommodation
- Re-write, where necessary, new procedures paying attention to Yield, Product and Systems
- Work with overseas managers to review procedures ready for the 2006 seasons
- Recruit and train a new team of a Yield Manager and Yield Executives
- Monitor staff performance and deliver monthly 1-1 and PDPs

The candidate
- Experience Yield Manager within the travel industry, with man management experience of 10+ staff
- Commercial awareness of travel industry, along with initiative to act upon MI and KPIs
- Analytical, with excellent organisational skills
- Travel systems knowledge is essential

A salary of circa £26,000 will be offered, plus a company car and benefits
