Job Description
This position is for a Service Advisor working for a motor dealership based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex. Basic salary £18,000. 40 – 47 working hour week (1 Saturday in 3). This position is front of house, identifying customers needs face to face and over the phone, booking in Services and MOT’s.
Must be experienced with a wide range of service and repair procedures, also familiar with manufacturers warranties with sound organisational skills. Must be looking for a long-term career with a dealership.
