Job Description
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER £30k - £38k (depending on exp)
My client a successful IT outsourcing company based in South London is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join a successful and growing team.
You will have previous experience in dealing with Managed Services from an Operations aspect, and you will be confident in understanding about computers, servers, newtorks, systems etc, and dealing with end users, Clients , Engineers, Staff etc You will then be in a better position to make informed decisions for the Company & Clients benfit , enabling the company to meet required and desired standards.
Main duties include:
* To co-ordinate operations activities with the MD
* To co-ordinate sales activities with the Sales Manager
* To assume direct management of the Operations team
* To co-ordinate technical and project activities with the Technical team
* Managing and co-ordinating Engineers diaries and dispatching to Client sites
* Oversee and adhere to ISO9001
Successful candidates must be able to work to tight deadlines, be innovative, pro-active and forward thinking. You will have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role. A background in IT is essential.
