Job Description
To manage operational change for this dynamic new rail service to ensure safe, efficient and effective delivery of growth. Initially in the area of the bedding down of this service and subsequently preparing and delivering the operational readiness for future expansion, you will lead/provide support to the operations team on issues that identify and deliver continuous improvement of this service. You will have excellent experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the air or rail industry, but otherwise the travel industry would be essential, delivering change projects successfully.
