Our client has offered this fantastic maternity cover opportunity for a Service Manager with experience in Mental Health and Supported Housing.

This post is for 37.5 hours per week. Actual details to be agreed according to the needs of the project rota to provide full cover. In addition you will be required to provide on-call / back-up cover as part of the normal staff rota.
25 days holiday per annum, plus statutory Bank Holidays, or time off in lieu if worked (pro rata for part time). Annual leave is increased by one day each year up to a maximum of 30 days, upon completion of one year's service as at 1st April.
~ Contributory pension scheme (Employers contribution currently 6.5%) upon completion of three months' service.
~ Non-contributory life assurance policy (to value of 3 x annual salary).
~ Additional shift payments (rates effective from 1st April 2005):
£18.00 per on-call cover.
£6.00 per back up cover.
~ Commitment to formal supervision and staff support.
You must have:
3 years work experience in mental health and/or homelessness
2 years team management experience
Experience of working in or running a dynamic support service
Experience of delivering a service that fulfils commissioning requirements
Relevant Qualification (CCS/CQSW/DipSW/ RMN / NVQ4) would be a advantage.
All candidates must have an Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB dated within the last 12 months.
