Job Description
Our client is seeking a Shipping & Stores Coordinator to work within their Customer Services Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient management of the stores and shipping activities, and you must have experience in this type of operation.
You will have full responsibility for the control of stock including maintaining an effective Purchase Order Processing & Bill Of Materials system, sales order processing, completing all shipping documentation and a monthly stock-take.
Under the direction of the Technical Services Department you will carry out Pre-delivery inspections of all products, load appropriate software as needed, write, maintain, and provide new PDI procedures as necessary.
You must be computer literate as you will be using the computer system to create and edit accounts and contacts as necessary, enter products and update product status, update records and print repair reports when required.
Location:- Peterborough
Salary: Circa £15,000
Pension: Company 7%, Employee 5%.
Holidays: 22 days
