Job Description

Site Administrator
An acknowledged leader in building services contracting, this M&E Contractor provide mechanical and electrical services across a broad range of sectors including commercial, industrial and public sector buildings.

They support and complement industry leading construction teams from project budgeting advice to commissioning. Their proficiency in designing and delivering air-conditioning, heating, plumbing and fire protection as well as power, lighting, data, security and building management projects throughout the country, makes them one of the leading M&E Contractors to work for.

With an enviable history and track record they strive to constantly achieve the highest standards in everything they do. There is a real “ethos” of partnering with their clients, fellow disciplines, supply chain professionals and within their own internal teams to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

The Yorkshire region is based out of modern offices on a business park which provides easy access to the motorway network.

This leading building services contractor is looking for an experienced Administrator who has experience of working for a mechanical & electrical contractor.

This is an opportunity to work on a £250 million pound project with one of the UK's leading M & E Contractors.

The role will involve daily admin duties, data entry, performing tasks required by Site Managers as well as supporting them when running and organising site meetings and daily duties.

You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and producing spreadsheets, drawings and progress reports for the client when needed.

You will be site based for the duration of this project which is expected to run until 2012.

Qualifications/Skills Required

This contractor is looking for someone who has experience of working as a Site Administrator.

Ideally you will have worked or be working for an M & E contractor but this is not essential as candidates with experience in an admin role in different sectors will be considered.

It would be advantageous if you have gained administrative qualifications but this is not essential as experience will be also counted as an asset.

This company is looking for someone to start as soon as possible. You should be looking to serve this project until completion, upon completion you will move with your admin team on to the next major project taken on by this contractor.

You will be expected to fit into a team of enthusiastic commited people and have the confidence to prove your skills in a fast paced environment.

Minerva Appointments is committed to equality in the marketplace and acts as both an employment agency and employment business.

Please note: Applications will not be considered from those candidates who are not entitled to work within the UK or the country of the advertised vacancy.
