Job Description

A Director is required by this leading global Aero/Defence business to provide leadership in an advanced decision support role in a high technology research and development environment. The successful applicant will need to:

Demonstrate a track-record of operating at a senior level within a high-tech R & D environment.
Hold a degree with significant experience, in Computer Science/Engineering or Operations Research.
Possess excellent Communications skills, written and verbal.
Has a passion for leadership and innovation, thinks 'outside-the-box'.

A Defence career history in either of:-
Experimentation.
Modelling and Simulation.
Decision Support.
Analysis.
Visualisation.

Confident in providing active leadership in a small team environment, dealing with high level contacts within the client organisation, MOD and associated partners.

Ability to obtain a UK and NATO security clearance.
