Targeting projects falling within a £500k to £7m value range, they operate principally within the Yorkshire region but have the capability to work nationally when their particular skills are required

This client requires an experienced Site Manager to be responsible for delivery of a £4m College Building as part of a larger development. The Site Manager will take sole responsibility for this project. This project is based at Beverley and the client would like applicants to be within an hours commute of this location.

Qualifications/Skills Required

The successful candidate will have experience of managing sites of a similar size and nature with full control of the site. Apartment building experience would be a distinct advantage.
