Our Client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work as No. 2 on a £20M 95 home/flat refurbishment and new build project. The development also includes communal and leisure facilities for residents, including a swimming pool, restaurant, library, bar, tennis courts, gym, massage centre and treatment rooms. The project will involve the conversion of a former residential school into the above complex.
As Site Manager you will have control of all production (both Build and Civils) aspects of the site and report in directly for to the Project Manager.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing large construction sites with values in excess of £5M. Your background may be trades or engineering. In return you will be given an excellent salary package and benefits.
