Job Description
This contractor has been established for 34 years and works on both building and civils projects mainly around the Yorkshire region. The company employs 18 staff and turns over in the region of £2million per year.
Much of the work completed is done on a repeat business basis.
The company requires an experienced Site Manager to work on a multi-site basis.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the work on site, deal with clients, complete paperwork, manage the health and safety process and maintain the high standards.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The successful candidate is likely to have an HNC/HND or construction related degree or have an extensive trades background and will have experience of all the stated duties. They will need to have a very good understanding of the construction process and this must be combined with excellent man management skills.
