Job Description
An fabulous position has arisen with our client in this South West Borough in London, for an unqualified social worker.
The role in this position is to assist in providing effective and efficient Screening, Assessment and Care Management service to older people and their carers and to co-ordinate multidisciplinary holistic assessments and care planning.
This is a part-time positions for three days per week.
You must have 18 months relevant experience and also have an Enhanced CRB Disclosure dated within the last 12 months.
