Job Description
MSB Supply Chain has an interim position for that of a Software procurement specialist.
Responsibilties.
Manage the procurement of new licences.
Negotiate the renewal of existing licences.
Provide guidance and advice on contractual issues to the Service Delivery Manager.
Drafting contracts and variations.
Ensure that the client is not exposed to commercial risk through the performance of contract or licence management activities.
Ensure that Client fulfils contract and licence management activities and responsibilities in a professional, cost effective and timely manner.
It is essential you have excellent experience in software procurement (ideally 3 years) and a thorough understanding of contract negotition and drafting (but dont worry, I am not looking for a lawyer!)
